Abstract

This article examines the digital transformation initiatives within Uzbekistan's renewable energy sector, emphasizing the adoption of digital economy tools. As the global transition towards renewable energy accelerates, Uzbekistan aims to increase the share of alternative energy sources to 25% by 2030, enhancing solar and wind capacity. The analysis highlights the role of digital innovations,
including artificial intelligence, IoT devices, and online energy trading platforms, in facilitating the transition. Furthermore, the article discusses the government's "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy and its investment climate, which promote technological integration and stakeholder engagement. The findings suggest that further digitalization could significantly accelerate renewable energy growth, benefiting the economy and promoting sustainability.
