Abstract

The e-commerce market demonstrates a significant contribution to the country's economy, which can be seen in the examples of developed and developing countries. The results of this study will help understand and predict consumer behaviour on the Internet, as well as identify the main factors that hinder online shopping in the e-commerce sector of Uzbekistan for practical application in making strategic, marketing and other decisions by companies and improving their results.
