Abstrak

In this article, the main tasks of education today, directions of professional education, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and "On the National Program of Personnel Training", the President of his "Great Future" "Legal guarantee", the directions and specialties of vocational schools and colleges, the basis of the personnel training system in continuous education, the teacher's identification of problems based on the study of literature and practical work are discussed.
