Abstract

Oziq-ovqat sanoatida innovatsion texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi global va milliy iqtisodiyotga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotda sun’iy intellekt (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data va blokcheyn texnologiyalarining oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarish tannarxiga ta’siri baholangan. Tadqiqot TAM modeli asosida olib borilgan bo‘lib, unda texnologiyalarning foydaliligi, foydalanish qulayligi va joriy etish jarayoniga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. O‘zbekiston sharoitida innovatsion texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish resurslardan samarali foydalanish, ishlab chiqarish tannarxini kamaytirish va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashga yordam berishi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, kadrlar malakasi, boshlang‘ich investitsiyalar va infratuzilma muammolari innovatsion jarayonlarning rivojlanishiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy omillar sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari oziq-ovqat sanoatini raqamli transformatsiya qilish va tannarxni pasaytirish bo‘yicha strategik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga asos yaratadi.
