This article investigates the economic and mathematical foundations for the development and forecasting of social sector organizations under the conditions of digitalization. The rapid expansion of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed the management, planning, and service delivery processes of organizations operating in education, healthcare, social protection, and other public service sectors. In this context, the study examines the role of digital transformation in enhancing organizational efficiency, improving resource allocation, strengthening financial sustainability, and increasing the quality and accessibility of social services. Special attention is given to the application of economic and mathematical models, including regression analysis, forecasting techniques, statistical methods, and optimization approaches, to evaluate the effectiveness of digitalization strategies and predict future development trends.
