Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ilmiy-tadqiqot natijalarini tijoratlashtirishning zamonaviy mexanizmlaridan biri bo‘lgan spin-off va spin-out korxonalarining mazmun-mohiyati, ularning innovatsion iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni hamda O‘zbekistonda akademik tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida innovatsion faoliyatni qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha milliy qonunchilik, xorijiy tajriba va ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilindi. Spin korxonalarining shakllanishi, faoliyat yuritish mexanizmlari, spin-off va spin-out modellari o‘rtasidagi o‘xshash va farqli jihatlar qiyosiy tahlil asosida yoritildi. Shuningdek, universitetlar va ilmiy-tadqiqot tashkilotlari huzurida tashkil etiladigan spin korxonalar ilmiy ishlanmalarni bozorga olib chiqish, innovatsion mahsulotlar yaratish, yangi ish o‘rinlari tashkil etish hamda hududlarning innovatsion salohiyatini oshirishning muhim vositasi ekanligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonda ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasini kuchaytirish, texnologiyalar transferini rivojlantirish hamda ilmiy faoliyat natijalarini samarali tijoratlashtirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
