Mazkur maqolada tadbirkorlik subyektlarining xalqaro savdo munosabatlaridagi ishtirokini kengaytirish hamda ularning eksport salohiyatini oshirishda institutsional va moliyaviy mexanizmlarning o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida kichik va o‘rta biznesning tashqi bozorlarga chiqish jarayonida duch kelayotgan tizimli to‘siqlar, jumladan moliyaviy resurslar taqchilligi, boshqaruv va marketing kompetensiyalarining yetishmasligi, institutsional muhitdagi kamchiliklar hamda byurokratik to‘siqlar aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, eksportni moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash instrumentlari, davlat kafolatlari, sug‘urta mexanizmlari va “bir darcha” tamoyiliga asoslangan institutsional tizimlar tadbirkorlik subyektlarining xalqaro bozorlardagi raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Maqolada eksport salohiyatini kengaytirish va savdo balansini yaxshilashga qaratilgan institutsional hamda moliyaviy mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
