This paper is dedicated to the study of digital transformation processes and management trends in public-private partnership (PPP) projects abroad. It examines modern approaches and technologies employed in PPPs, as well as the role of digital technologies in enhancing the efficiency and transparency of these projects. Special attention is given to successful practices from various countries that have implemented innovative digital solutions to optimize management processes, improve collaboration between public and private entities, and enhance the quality of services provided. The study also addresses the challenges and issues related to the adoption of digital technologies in PPPs and offers recommendations for applying advanced international practices in national contexts
