Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli marketing va insurtech texnologiyalarining sug‘urta xizmatlari samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda sug‘urta bozori an’anaviy faoliyatdan raqamli muhitga o‘tib, xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlari tubdan o‘zgarib bormoqda. Raqamli marketing vositalari orqali mijozlar bilan aloqalar tezlashib, xizmatlar yanada moslashtirilgan shaklga ega bo‘layotgani kuzatiladi. Shu bilan birga, insurtech texnologiyalari sug‘urta mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqish, risklarni baholash va xizmatlarni yetkazib berish jarayonlarini sezilarli darajada optimallashtirmoqda. Tadqiqotda ushbu omillarning sug‘urta xizmatlari samaradorligiga ta’siri empirik kuzatuvlar asosida yoritilib, raqamli yondashuvlarning ustunliklari ochib beriladi. Natijalar sug‘urta sohasida raqamli transformatsiya xizmat sifatini oshirish va bozor raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
