Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kasbiy ta’lim tizimini raqamli transformatsiya qilishning dolzarb yo‘nalishlari, uning nazariy asoslari hamda amaliy ahamiyati keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalar asosida ta’lim jarayonlarini tashkil etish, boshqarish, monitoring qilish va baholash mexanizmlarining kasbiy ta’lim sifatiga ta’siri yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, kasbiy ta’lim tizimi va mehnat bozori o‘rtasidagi uzviy bog‘liqlik, raqamli ta’lim muhitini shakllantirishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati hamda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan. Maqola natijalari kasbiy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirishda raqamli yondashuvlarning samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
