Ushbu maqolada boshqaruv jarayonida qaror qabul qilish samaradorligini oshirishda reciprocity (o‘zaro javoblilik) va persuasiv (ishontiruvchi) omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi hamda ularning amaliy ahamiyati yoritib berilgan. Qaror qabul qilishda insoniy munosabatlar, muloqot strategiyalari va o‘zaro ishonch muhitini shakllantirish samaradorlikka bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi muhim omillar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada reciprocity tamoyili asosida xodimlar va rahbarlar o‘rtasida konstruktiv aloqalar o‘rnatish, persuasiya usullari yordamida xodimlarni qarorlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlashga ishontirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi. Shuningdek, real misollar va tadqiqotlar asosida ushbu omillarni hisobga olish orqali qarorlar ijrosini tezlashtirish va tashkilotda ijtimoiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
