The article is examined the economic nature of investment attractiveness and the scientific views of scientists. The investment attractiveness and investment activities of the object of research "Uzbekneftgaz" joint stock company were evaluated in the form of financial and economic analysis. Conclusions and suggestions are given based on the results of the article.
