Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada surunkali tonzillit kasalligini aniqlashda noaniqlikni kamaytirish va aniqlikni oshirish uchun Type-2 Z-son algoritmidan foydalanish bo‘yicha hisoblash tajribalari taqdim etilgan. 2-turli Z-son modeli L.A. Zadeh tomonidan taklif etilgan noaniq sonlar nazariyasining rivojlangan versiyasi bo‘lib, bemorning laboratoriya ko‘rsatkichlaridagi noaniqlik va o‘lchov xatoliklarini e’tiborga oladi. Tadqiqotda Z-sonlar yordamida Katalaza, SOD, ASLO, IgG, CRP kabi klinik ko‘rsatkichlar asosida tibbiy xulosalar ishlab chiqildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Type-2 yondashuvi klassik fuzzy yoki Type-1 modellarga qaraganda 10–18 % yuqori diagnostik aniqlikni taqdim etadi va ishonchlilik intervalini vizual (FOU) ko‘rinishda namoyish etadi.
