Mazkur maqolada an’anaviy oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari xavfsizligi muvofiqligini baholash tizimlarida iste’molchilar ishonchini ta’minlash uchun takomillashtirilgan tizimlarga bo‘lgan dolzarb ehtiyoj ko‘rib chiqiladi. Blokcheyn texnologiyasining salohiyatini baholash uchun mavjud adabiyotlar, amaliy misollar va nazariy asoslar tahlil qilingan. Asosiy natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, blokcheyn oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi muvofiqligini baholashda shaffoflik, ma’lumotlar yaxlitligi, kuzatuvchanlik va samaradorlikni sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Maqola blokcheynning oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari xavfsizligi muvofiqligini ta’minlashdagi transformatsion rolini tizimli tahlil qilish orqali amaliy joriy etish va kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar uchun muhim xulosalar taqdim etadi.
