Abstract

The implementation of e-government solutions is crucial for improving the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services. This paper explores the best practices and challenges related to the introduction of e government initiatives. Through an extensive review of existing literature and case studies from various countries, this study identifies the key factors for success and common challenges encountered by governments. The findings emphasize the significance of a strong infrastructure, active stakeholder participation, and ongoing assessment. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers to address implementation barriers and achieve sustainable e-government results.
