Maqolada hudud iqtisodiy tizimida raqamli innovatsion infratuzilmani rivojlantirish mexanizmlari 2024–2026-yillar statistikasi asosida tahlil qilingan. To‘rt komponentli raqamli infratuzilma absorbsiya koeffitsienti (RIAK) taklif etilib, O‘zbekiston infratuzilma tanqisligi rejimidan o‘zlashtirish tanqisligi rejimiga o‘tgani asoslangan va “Qurish – O‘zlashtirish – Kapitallashtirish” (Q–O–K) mexanizmi ishlab chiqilgan.
