Mazkur maqolada ayollar tadbirkorligining rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tahlil qilinadi va ularni baholash mezonlari asosida ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvlar taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, institutsional, moliyaviy, ta’lim va madaniy omillar alohida yoritilib, har bir omilning ayollar tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga ko‘rsatayotgan ta’siri ko‘rsatkichlar asosida baholanadi. Shuningdek, maqolada mazkur omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi, hududiy farqlari va barqaror tadbirkorlikni ta’minlashdagi roli kompleks yondoshuv orqali o‘rganiladi. Tahlil natijalari ayollar tadbirkorligini rag‘batlantirish va samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi.
