Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ayollar tadbirkorligining rivojlanish tendensiyalari tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ayollar tadbirkorligini rag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan davlat siyosati, huquqiy-institutsional islohotlar, moliyaviy vositalar va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muhitning o‘zgarishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. So‘nggi yillarda ayollarning iqtisodiy faolligi ortib borayotganini ko‘rsatadigan rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlar asosida ularning tadbirkorlikdagi ishtiroki dinamikasi, faoliyat sohasi bo‘yicha taqsimoti hamda mintaqaviy farqlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, ayollar tadbirkorligini rivojlantirishga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan muammolar, xususan moliyaviy resurslardan foydalanishdagi cheklovlar, bilim va malaka yetishmovchiligi, gender stereotiplari ham tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida ayollar tadbirkorligini qo‘llabquvvatlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
