Abstract

Xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasi har qanday mamlakat iqtisodiyotida muhim o‘rin egallaydi. So‘nggi yillarda ushbu sohani modernizatsiya qilish, mijozlar ehtiyojini qondirish darajasini oshirish va raqobatbardoshlikni ta'minlash dolzarb vazifalardan biriga aylangan. Maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida innovatsion boshqaruv mexanizmlarining mazmuni ochib beriladi, ularning samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, raqamli texnologiyalar, sun’iy intellekt, CRM tizimlari, avtomatlashtirilgan xizmatlar, interaktiv aloqa vositalari kabi vositalarning joriy etilishi orqali xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini yangi bosqichga olib chiqish mumkinligi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida samarali boshqaruv tizimini yaratish, xaridorlar ehtiyojini aniq aniqlash va innovatsion yondashuvlarni muvaffaqiyatli qo‘llash uchun ilmiy va amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Maqola innovatsion boshqaruv orqali xizmat sohasining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish masalasiga bag‘ishlangan.
