Abstract

Insoniyat yashash faoliyati davomida turli xildagi kasalliklar, o‘tkir sindromlar va turli giriplarning avj olishi erta va samarali diagnostika vositalarini yaratish dolzarbligini oshirdi. Zamonaviy biosensorlar ayniqsa nanosensorlar, bu kabi tibbiy muammolarni hal qilishda eng samarali vositasi bulib kelmoqda. Nanobiosensorlar biokimyoviy yoki biologik jarayonni aniqlash va tahlil qilish uchun juda kichik zond va har qanday elektr, optik yoki magnit texnologiyadan foydalanadigan qurilmalardir. Bugungi kunda nanobiosensorlar ko‘plab yuqumli (denga, gepatit, sil, leykemiya) va boshqa o‘limga olib keladigan kasalliklarni, masalan, prostata saratoni, ko‘krak saratoni va boshqalarni o‘z vaqtida aniqlash uchun keng qo‘llaniladigan elektroanalitik vositalarga aylandi. Nanosensorlarni kasallik diagnostikasi bilan bog‘liq biomarkerlarni molekulyar aniqlash uchun tez-tez ishlatilayotganligi ularning imkoniyati va ularga bulgan talabni yaqqol ko‘rsatib beradi.
