ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТ И ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ КОМПЕТЕНЦИИ В СИСТЕМЕ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА: ИНТЕГРАТИВНЫЙ ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Статья посвящена анализу современных научных подходов к управлению эмоциональным интеллектом и профессиональными компетенциями сотрудников в организации. В условиях трансформации социально-экономической системы, развития цифровизации и усложнения организационных взаимодействий возрастает значимость гибких компетенций персонала, среди которых центральное место занимает эмоциональный интеллект, при сохранении высокой актуальности традиционного компетентностного подхода к развитию профессиональных навыков. Цель работы заключается в систематиматизации существующих исследований по взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и результатов профессиональной деятельности, а также обосновании необходимости интеграции эмоционального и профессионального компонентов компетентности в единую управленческую модель. Исследование выполнено в методологии нарративно-тематического обзора литературы с элементами концептуального моделирования. На основе анализа 22 источников, опубликованных в период с 2001 по 2026 год, показано, что эмоциональный интеллект выступает не как изолированная психологическая характеристика, а как стратегически значимая метакомпетенция, влияние которой на производительность труда реализуется через удовлетворённость работой, вовлечённость персонала и организационную культуру. Установлено, что развитие эмоционального интеллекта поддаётся целенаправленному обучению, а его положительные эффекты усиливаются при системной интеграции с подходом, ориентированным на развитие профессиональных компетенций.
