Maqolada Farg‘ona viloyati to‘qimachilik sanoati korxonalarida xodimlar kompetentligini rivojlantirishning ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri miqdoriy usullar yordamida baholangan. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shu bilan izohlanadiki, viloyat respublika to‘qimachilik mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishida eng yuqori ulushga ega bo‘lsa-da, tarmoq o‘sishi hanuzgacha asosan ekstensiv omillar — arzon mehnat resurslari va ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarini kengaytirish hisobiga ta’minlanmoqda. Yakuniy mahsulot ulushini oshirish va xalqaro sifat standartlariga o‘tish esa xodimlarning kompetentlik darajasiga bevosita bog‘liq. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida viloyatning 36 ta to‘qimachilik korxonasi tanlangan; 2022–2024-yillar bo‘yicha 108 ta korxona-yil kuzatuvidan iborat panel ma’lumotlar bazasi shakllantirilgan va 540 nafar xodim so‘rovnomadan o‘tkazilgan.
