Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda 2017-2024 yillar davomida monetar siyosat instrumentlarining kapital oqimlari barqarorligiga ta’sirini empirik jihatdan o‘rganadi. Tadqiqot maqsadi-foiz stavkasi, inflyatsiya, valyuta kursi, iqtisodiy o‘sish va xalqaro rezervlarning sof kapital oqimlari hajmiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’sirini miqdoriy jihatdan aniqlash hamda O‘zbekiston Markaziy bankining pul-kredit siyosati samaradorligini xalqaro amaliyot bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilishdan iborat. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi panel ma’lumotlar tahlili, vaqt qatorlari ekonometriyasi (VAR, VECM), ko‘p o‘zgaruvchili regression tahlil va korrelyatsiya matritsa usullarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Asosiy modelda CF = f(IR, INF, EXR, GDP, FDI, RES) tenglamasi ishlatilgan bo‘lib, ma’lumotlar O‘zbekiston Markaziy banki, Davlat statistika qo‘mitasi, IMF World Economic Outlook va World Bank Open Data bazalaridan olindi. Tahlil davri 2017-2024 yillarni qamrab oladi.
