Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim xizmatlari bozorida iste’molchi tanloviga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar hamda oliy ta’lim muassasalarining raqobat ustunligini shakllantirishda strategik boshqaruv yondashuvlarining ahamiyati yoritiladi. Bugungi kunda abituriyentlar, talabalar va ularning ota-onalari oliy ta’lim muassasasini tanlashda nafaqat ta’lim sifati, balki ta’lim narxi, professor-o‘qituvchilar salohiyati, diplomning mehnat bozoridagi qadri, raqamli ta’lim imkoniyatlari, xalqaro hamkorlik, infratuzilma va bandlikka ko‘maklashish tizimiga ham alohida e’tibor qaratmoqda. Shu sababli oliy ta’lim muassasalari uchun iste’molchi ehtiyojlarini chuqur o‘rganish, ta’lim xizmatlarini bozor talablari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish va raqobatbardosh strategiyani ishlab chiqish muhim boshqaruv vazifasiga aylanmoqda. Maqolada iste’molchi xulq-atvorini tahlil qilish orqali oliy ta’lim xizmatlari bozorida talabni shakllantiruvchi omillar aniqlanadi hamda oliy ta’lim muassasalarining barqaror raqobat ustunligiga erishishi uchun strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, ta’lim xizmatlarida brend, sifat, innovatsion yondashuv, raqamli kommunikatsiya va mijozga yo‘naltirilgan boshqaruv tamoyillarining amaliy ahamiyati ochib beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari oliy ta’lim muassasalarida marketing strategiyasini kuchaytirish, iste’molchi bilan samarali aloqani yo‘lga qo‘yish va ta’lim xizmatlari sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiyamaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
