Ushbu maqolada mediabiznes faoliyatining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishda strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Raqamli transformatsiya, media bozordagi raqobatning kuchayishi, auditoriya xulqatvorining o‘zgarishi hamda daromad manbalarining diversifikatsiyalashuvi sharoitida mediabiznesni samarali boshqarish masalasi alohida dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etishi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda strategik boshqaruv mediabiznes subyektlarining uzoq muddatli rivojlanishini ta’minlovchi, resurslardan oqilona foydalanishga xizmat qiluvchi va bozor sharoitlariga moslashuvchanlikni kuchaytiruvchi muhim boshqaruv vositasi sifatida talqin etilgan. Shuningdek, strategik rejalashtirish, boshqaruv qarorlarining sifatini oshirish, raqamli texnologiyalarni boshqaruv jarayonlariga integratsiya qilish hamda yangi monetizatsiya modellarini shakllantirish iqtisodiy samaradorlikni yuksaltirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish mediabiznesning moliyaviy barqarorligini mustahkamlash, raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, bozor pozitsiyasini kuchaytirish va innovatsion rivojlanish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishga xizmat qiladi.
