Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kasb-hunar ta’limi va oʻqitish (VET) hamda hududiy iqtisodiy rivojlanish oʻrtasidagi koʻp qirrali bogʻliqlik oʻrganiladi. Xalqaro tadqiqotlarning empirik dalillari va inson kapitali nazariyasini oʻz ichiga olgan nazariy asoslarga tayangan holda, tahlillar shuni koʻrsatadiki, yaxshi loyihalashtirilgan kasb-hunar ta’limi tizimlari mehnat unumdorligini oshirish, ishsizlikni kamaytirish va mahalliy mehnat bozorlarida koʻnikmalarning mos kelishini yaxshilash orqali hududiy iqtisodiy oʻsishga sezilarli hissa qoʻshadi. Tadqiqot OECD mamlakatlari, rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlar va oʻsish sur’ati yuqori boʻlgan bozorlar natijalarini umumlashtirgan holda, VET investitsiyalarining hududiy darajadagi aniq iqtisodiy natijalarga qanday aylanishi haqida keng qamrovli tushuncha beradi. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, mustahkam kasb-hunar ta’limi tizimiga ega hududlarda bandlik darajasi yuqori, ish haqi natijalari yaxshiroq va iqtisodiy tuzilmalar asosan umumiy akademik ta’lim yoʻnalishlariga tayanadigan hududlarga nisbatan barqarorroqdir.
