Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Namangan viloyati maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish jarayonining institutsional va tashkiliy tamoyillari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda maktabgacha ta’lim xizmatlaridan foydalanish darajasi, qamrov ko‘rsatkichlari, guruh sig‘imi va bandlik nisbatlari asosida hududiy tafovutlar aniqlanadi hamda ularning boshqaruv samaradorligi bilan bog‘liqligi asoslab beriladi. Raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish elektron navbat, raqamli reyestr, ma’lumotlarga asoslangan rejalashtirish va monitoring mexanizmlari orqali ta’lim xizmatlaridan foydalanish muvozanatini ta’minlovchi muhim omil sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada mavjud statistik ma’lumotlar asosida maktabgacha ta’lim tizimining hozirgi holati baholanib, institutsional moslashuv va tashkiliy takomillashtirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar shakllantiriladi.
