Abstract

Mazkur maqolada uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish tizimining ta’lim sifati va innovatsion salohiyatni oshirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagog va boshqaruv kadrlarining kasbiy bilim, ko‘nikma va kompetensiyalarini doimiy yangilab borish ta’lim samaradorligining asosiy omillaridan biri ekanligi asoslab beriladi. Uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish mexanizmlari orqali ta’lim jarayoniga innovatsion yondashuvlar, raqamli texnologiyalar va ilg‘or pedagogik metodlarni joriy etish imkoniyatlari kengayishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Shuningdek, kasbiy rivojlanishning institutsional asoslari, uning inson kapitali sifati va ta’lim muassasalarining raqobatbardoshligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqola natijalari ta’lim siyosatini takomillashtirish, innovatsion muhitni shakllantirish hamda ta’lim sifati barqarorligini ta’minlashda uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish tizimining muhim strategik ahamiyatga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
