WAYS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS’ ACTIVITIES AND BUSINESS PROCESSES IN UZBEKISTAN

The article demonstrates that the efficiency of insurance activity can be increased by structurally optimizing business processes. This is achieved through the implementation of practices to minimize risks in the subject's activities, specifically by identifying, comparing, assessing, prioritizing, and portfolioing risks—especially by conducting multi-directional diversification of correlated risks according to the chosen strategy for business processes.
